It is not possible to pay by credit card or debit card.<\/p>\n<p>The booking becomes binding upon payment of a deposit (100 euros per apartment per week) and the sending of the booking confirmation.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB<\/em><br \/>\n<\/strong>Cancellation of your booking is free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival. The booking deposit will be credited.<\/p>\n<p>If, in the event of a later cancellation, we no longer succeed in renting the apartment, we must charge the following percentages as damages:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cancellation takes place between 30 and 16 days before arrival: 40% of the agreed total price<\/li>\n<li>Cancellation takes place between 15 to 9 days prior to arrival: 60% of the agreed total price<\/li>\n<li>Cancellation takes place between 0 to 8 days before arrival: 80% of the agreed total price<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We recommend to complete a travel cancellation insurance in addition to the booking. This will cover the cancellation fees and you won\u2019t have any inconvenienc if you are unable to take your vacation.<\/p>\n<p>Should you arrive later or\u00a0 earlier, these days will be charged.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The holiday flats are ready for occupancy from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the flats by 10:00 am.<\/p>\n<p>Bringing <strong>one<\/strong> dog is only permitted by prior arrangement. Please note that the dog cannot be left alone in the flat.
